Return and Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of the high-value luxury goods offered by Goldz.vip LLC—including, but not limited to, jewelry, gemstones, handbags, watches, autographs, and graded cards—ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that they are acquiring a high-value collectible or other item and expressly agrees to this "All Sales Final" policy. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or "buyer’s remorse" refunds.

2. Rationale for Policy

This policy is strictly enforced to protect the authenticity, provenance, and integrity of our inventory. The luxury market faces significant risks regarding "item switching" (the return of a counterfeit or inferior item in place of the original). By maintaining an absolute final sale policy, Goldz.vip LLC guarantees every future buyer that their item has not been tampered with, worn, or altered since leaving our secure facility.

3. Authenticity and Condition Guarantee

While sales are final, Goldz.vip LLC provides the following express guarantees:

  • Authenticity: Every item is guaranteed to be authentic and as represented in the listing. Where applicable, items will ship with original manufacturer/grading certificates.

  • Condition: The item’s condition will be described and depicted in our photography.

4. Claims for Shipping Damage or Material Misrepresentation

In compliance with our selling platform partners (including Google, Meta, and YouTube), a return or refund may only be considered if the item is damaged during transit or if there is a material and verifiable misrepresentation of the item’s essential characteristics.

To initiate a claim, the Buyer must:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery time.

  2. Provide Photographic Evidence: High-resolution photos of the unopened exterior packaging and the specific damage or discrepancy.

  3. Third-Party Inspection: Goldz.vip LLC reserves the right to require an inspection by a third-party expert of our choosing to verify any claim of non-authenticity or damage.

  4. Platform Precedence: If a purchase is made through a third-party marketplace (e.g., Facebook Shop, Google Shopping) that mandates a specific return window for "Items Not As Described," Goldz.vip LLC will honor those platform-specific requirements to remain in full compliance with their terms of service.

5. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

Due to the artisanal and secondary-market nature of luxury goods:

  • Measurements: All weights (carats, grams), sizes, and dimensions are approximate.

  • Color Display: We strive for color accuracy, but variations in computer monitors and mobile screens may occur. A perceived difference in color does not constitute a "material misrepresentation."

  • "As Is": Unless otherwise stated, items are sold "As Is" based on the detailed condition report provided in the listing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Goldz.vip LLC for any claim arising from a purchase—whether in contract, warranty, or tort—is strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid for the specific item. Goldz.vip LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of investment value).

7. Buyer Responsibility and Due Diligence

By clicking "Purchase" or "Pay Now," the Buyer affirms they have:

  • Thoroughly reviewed all photographs, videos, and condition reports.

  • Conducted all necessary due diligence.

  • Accepted that subjective reasons (e.g., "it looks different than I imagined" or "changed my mind") are not valid grounds for a return.


8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State where Goldz.vip LLC is registered. If any part of this policy is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.
