5. Claims for Shipping Damage or Material Misrepresentation
The only circumstance under which a claim may be considered is if an item is damaged during transit or if there is a material and verifiable misrepresentation of the item.
To make such a claim, the Buyer must:

Provide clear, high-resolution photographs of the exterior packaging before opening it, and of the damaged item(s) upon inspection.

Retain all original packaging materials.

Understand that any such claim will be subject to a thorough investigation by Goldz.vip LLC and may require an inspection by a third-party expert chosen by Goldz.vip LLC.
A return or refund will NOT be authorized for any subjective reason, including a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or a perceived difference in color or size not explicitly misrepresented in the listing.
6. Legal Compliance and Governing Law
This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State where Goldz.vip LLC is registered. This policy does not, and is not intended to, limit any non-excludable consumer rights or statutory guarantees that may apply under law. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the "All Sales Final" policy shall be enforceable.
7. Buyer Responsibility
