1. All Sales Final Policy

 

Due to the unique nature of the high-value luxury goods offered by Goldz.vip LLC, which includes, but is not limited to, jewelry, gemstones, handbags, watches, autographs, and graded cards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or monetary refunds on any item purchased from Goldz.vip LLC. By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this "All Sales Final" policy.

 

2. Rationale for Policy

 

This stringent policy is necessary to protect the authenticity, provenance, and integrity of the high-value, collectible, and investment-grade items we sell. The risk of fraudulent activity, including the practice of "item switching" (where an authentic item is returned and replaced with a counterfeit, replica, or materially inferior item), is a significant concern in the luxury goods market. Our policy safeguards against this risk, ensuring that the next buyer of a Goldz.vip LLC item can be fully confident in its authenticity and condition.

 

3. No Exceptions

 

The "All Sales Final" policy applies to all purchases, without exception, including:

  • Items purchased at full price.

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount.

  • Items purchased through any payment method.

 

4. Condition and Authenticity Guarantee

 

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than a claim under the condition detailed below, Goldz.vip LLC explicitly guarantees the following:

  • Authenticity: Every item is as represented in the product listing. Where applicable, items will be sold with all original manufacturer/grading certificates and documentation.

  • Condition: The condition of the item will be precisely as described and/or depicted in the high-resolution photographs and accompanying documentation provided in the product listing.

 

5. Claims for Shipping Damage or Material Misrepresentation

 

The only circumstance under which a claim may be considered is if an item is damaged during transit or if there is a material and verifiable misrepresentation of the item.

To make such a claim, the Buyer must:

  1. Notify Goldz.vip LLC immediately upon delivery, and in no event later than 24 hours from the confirmed delivery time

  2. Provide clear, high-resolution photographs of the exterior packaging before opening it, and of the damaged item(s) upon inspection.

  3. Retain all original packaging materials.

  4. Understand that any such claim will be subject to a thorough investigation by Goldz.vip LLC and may require an inspection by a third-party expert chosen by Goldz.vip LLC.

A return or refund will NOT be authorized for any subjective reason, including a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or a perceived difference in color or size not explicitly misrepresented in the listing.

 

6. Legal Compliance and Governing Law

 

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State where Goldz.vip LLC is registered. This policy does not, and is not intended to, limit any non-excludable consumer rights or statutory guarantees that may apply under law. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the "All Sales Final" policy shall be enforceable.

 

7. Buyer Responsibility

 

By proceeding with a purchase from Goldz.vip LLC, the Buyer acknowledges having:

  • Thoroughly reviewed the product description, photographs, and condition report.

  • Understood and accepted the "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" policy and its stated rationale.

  • Conducted any and all necessary due diligence prior to finalizing the purchase.
