SHIPPING POLICY

At Goldz.vip LLC, we prioritize the secure, transparent, and timely delivery of your fine jewelry and luxury items.

1. SHIPPING RATES & COVERAGE

• Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Express Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

• Geographic Coverage: We currently ship exclusively to valid physical street addresses within the United States.

• P.O. Boxes: For security reasons and to ensure direct signature verification upon delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or unverified postal drops.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

All orders undergo strict payment security verification before entering our fulfillment pipeline.

• Order Processing & Handling: Order handling, fraud verification, and packaging typically take 1 to 5 business days prior to dispatch.

• Custom & Specialty Items: Specialty gemstone cuts, custom-sized rings, or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time prior to shipment.

• Business Days: Handling and transit times are calculated on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

3. TRANSIT TIME & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

• Shipping Carrier & Method: Orders are dispatched via tracked carrier services (including USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure fast and fully insured transit.

• Carrier Transit Time: Once dispatched, carrier transit time is typically 4 to 9 business days.

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 14 business days total (inclusive of order processing, handling, and carrier transit).

4. ORDER TRACKING & SIGNATURE VERIFICATION

• Tracking Information: Once your package has dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier scan updates to reflect online.

• Delivery Security: Due to the high-value nature of fine jewelry, shipments may require a direct signature upon delivery.

5. CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

• Order Cancellations: Requests to cancel an order must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase by emailing goldzquestions@gmail.com. Once an order enters processing, standard return policy terms apply.

• Address Adjustments: Shipping addresses cannot be altered once an order has cleared payment verification and entered fulfillment.
