1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("Buyer," "User") and Goldz.vip LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ORDER SECURITY

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this website.
  • Payment and Fraud Verification: To ensure the security of all transactions, all orders undergo standard payment authorization and fraud-prevention screening.
  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order that fails standard security verification or is flagged as high-risk by our payment processors. In the event an order is canceled due to security screening, a full refund will be immediately issued to the original payment method.

3. PRODUCT ACCURACY & SPECIFICATIONS

  • Condition and Imagery: Items are sold based on high-resolution photography and detailed condition reports. Please note that color perception may vary slightly depending on your individual monitor or mobile device settings.
  • Market Value: Prices for precious metals, gemstones, and luxury assets fluctuate based on live market demand. Goldz.vip LLC is not responsible for future changes in the market value of any item after purchase.

4. PAYMENTS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time prior to shipment due to:

  • Inventory Availability: The item becoming unavailable or failing our final quality control inspection.
  • Pricing Errors: Inadvertent technical glitches that result in clearly incorrect pricing.
  • Payment Security: Failure of the payment to fully clear or pass standard anti-fraud verification.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldz.vip LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the item. Goldz.vip LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of potential investment value or "opportunity cost."

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Goldz.vip, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Goldz.vip LLC. Unauthorized use of our high-resolution photography for resale, dropshipping, or any other unauthorized commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  • Dispute Resolution: You agree that any dispute arising from this Agreement or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Galveston County, Texas. This provision limits your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

8. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
