1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("Buyer," "User") and Goldz.vip LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ORDER SECURITY

• Payment and Fraud Verification: To ensure the security of all transactions, all orders undergo standard payment authorization and fraud-prevention screening.

• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order that fails standard security verification or is flagged as high-risk by our payment processors. In the event an order is canceled due to security screening, a full refund will be immediately issued to the original payment method.

3. PRODUCT ACCURACY & SPECIFICATIONS

• Descriptions: We strive for maximum accuracy across all listings. However, due to the unique nature of luxury goods, gemstones, and fine jewelry, all item weights, carat counts, dimensions, and measurements are close industry approximations.

• Condition and Imagery: Items are sold based on high-resolution photography and detailed condition reports. Color perception may vary slightly depending on your individual monitor or mobile device display settings.

• Market Value: Prices for precious metals, gemstones, and luxury assets fluctuate based on live market demand. Goldz.vip LLC is not responsible for future changes in the market value of any item after purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

4. PAYMENTS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time prior to shipment due to:

• Inventory Availability: The item becoming unavailable or failing our final quality control inspection.

• Pricing Errors: Inadvertent technical glitches or system display errors that result in clearly incorrect pricing.

• Payment Security: Failure of the payment to fully clear or pass standard anti-fraud verification.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldz.vip LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the item. Goldz.vip LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of potential investment value or "opportunity cost."

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Dispute Resolution: You agree that any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Galveston County, Texas. This provision limits your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

8. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
