1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," buyer’s remorse, or if a customer simply decides they no longer want the item. By completing your purchase, you agree that:

No refunds will be issued for correctly fulfilled orders.

Exchanges are not facilitated for different sizes, colors, or styles.

2. Exceptions for Incorrect or Damaged Items

In compliance with consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center requirements, we provide remedies for the following two scenarios only:

Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered (e.g., ordered Item A, received Item B).

Damaged or Defective Goods: If the product arrives in a damaged state or with a manufacturing defect.

Requirements for a Claim: To report an issue, you must contact our support team at goldzquestions@gmail.com within three (3) business days of the delivery date. You must provide:

  2. A clear description of the error or damage.

  3. High-resolution photographic evidence of the item and the packaging.

3. Return Process (Authorized Claims Only)

If your claim is verified, we will provide instructions for the return.

Return Shipping: For verified errors or defective items, Goldz.vip LLC will cover the return shipping costs via a prepaid label.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging. Items that show signs of use or tampering will void the exchange/refund.

Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection, we will ship the correct/replacement product at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
